I agree that I am taking the above specified dog from Fur Sisters Rescue for a trial sleepover and this is considered a foster situation. I understand the adoption is not final until adoption agreement is signed and the adoption fee is paid to Fur Sisters Rescue. I agree to give said dog back to Fur Sisters Rescue if the adoption is not finalized in one week of start of sleepover/date signed. By agreeing to foster the above named dog, the foster agrees to hold harmless Fur Sisters from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, equitable relief, personal injury, of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death). Any medical care required for the above named dog while in custody of the foster is to be arranged with a veterinarian clinic by Fur Sisters. Foster agrees to take the above named dog to any/all appointments with the veterinary clinic and shall afterwards care for the dog in a manner prescribed by the veterinary clinic (including but not limited to proper administration of medications, bathing and grooming, special diets and/or dietary restriction). If foster is unable to keep pre-set appointments with veterinary clinic, the foster shall notify Fur Sisters within a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Only in cases of an emergency, shall foster seek veterinarian care without prior approval from Fur Sisters. In such cases, foster shall notify Fur Sisters immediately. In lieu of a veterinary emergency, the foster agrees to be fully responsible for any and all veterinary care for the above named dog that is arranged by the foster without the approval of Fur Sisters.
